Michelle Aleti is a brand and marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience in Consumer Products, most recently with Procter & Gamble.
Michelle founded Thinkwell Marketing to help companies with brand strategy, marketing planning, strategy workshops and training -- particularly in today’s landscape, where marketing teams are leaner than ever and the consumer’s decision journey (and thus, the relationship with the Brand and engagement with Marketing touchpoints) is rapidly evolving.
From serving as Gillette's Global Brand Franchise Leader to managing the North American Venus franchise, from helping P&G Beauty crack the code on "content-to-commerce" to re-branding non-profit organizations, Michelle brings a wealth of strategic and tactical experience to her clients, which range from consumer companies (Johnson & Johnson, AXA, Anheuser-Busch) to leaders in digital, social and traditional media.
Michelle is also an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
She holds an M.B.A. in Marketing & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance from New York University.
